This is what spring looks like in countries where spring actually really exists, unlike England. England somehow seems not to have seasons... it’s either cold, or... cold. Ok, I might be exaggerating but anyway it’s kind of close to reality. And anyhow, when finally springs arrives, my hay fever allergies arrive too so I’m not looking forward to that part.
This is though what springs looks like in my dad’s vineyard, in Catalonia, near Barcelona, aren’t these almond trees gorgeous? Next week I will be sharing more about the wines. Happy the weekend is finally almost here, I have been feeling it’s Friday since Tuesday so FINALLY is my word today! Enjoy!
These are so gorgeous! Plus the phrase "Vineyard in Catalonia near Barcelona" makes me pretty much wish your dad was my dad too.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, we have been waiting for spring here in DC forever...and we finally got a taste of it this week. Can't wait till Cherry Blossom time!
So gorgeous! I absolutely wish I was there right now - here in Portland, Oregon it's freezing!

ReplyDeleteHow beautiful! Besides the warmer weather, the main reason why I love the spring is because my allergies go away...!! I have winter allergies which sounds absolutely ridiculous, but really does exist :)
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend, Helena.
ReplyDeleteTe sigo!!
Cherry Blossoms are so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteAnd I agree without you about England. In my experience living there, summer showed up in late July and ended in late August. One month is not enough. Otherwise, it's cold, and humid.
Definitely not missing it there.
Wishing you a fab weekend!
What a place to go visit, you lucky girl :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for this blast of wonderful spring color!!
ReplyDeleteHow amazing Helena! You should go visit your father for a breath of spring air! Minus the allergies though :)
