A new Treasure

Have you ever thought of the idea of living in a hotel? Like a very nice hotel, like Coco Chanel and the Ritz at Place Vendome? Keanu Reeves apparently lived for some time at The Chateau Marmont. Chanel lived at The Ritz for 35 years and she considered it her home, she brought her own furnishing and entertained her friends, including Picasso. But this is not about Coco and The Ritz... so would you live in a hotel, this type of hotel? I hear many of you saying "no, no, no, how can you live in a hotel?" I agree, there's nothing like home (even though a daily maid, room service and all the perks wouldn't really bother me...) BUT I came across THIS beauty and actually in this case I would reconsider. Fact. {it's the Grand Hotel Convento di Amalfi a new hotel in gorgeous Amalfi with breathtaking views and gorgeous interiors, the newest addition to the NH chain}

  14. I love the way the architecture blends into the natural surroundings. ANd that tub looks divine. Could I live there? I want to say yes, but I don't know if I could do 35 years. I'm too private I think.

    And I've always loved the idea of living in a hotel. Room service and someone to pick up my towels? Heaven.
